Authority To Act As Agent The undersigned an its subsidiaries hereby duly appoint DealerPoint MVT, to act as our agent through its authorized employees, to act as our representative to sign all papers and documents that may be necessary to TRANSFER , DUPLICATE, BOND OR ANY MOTOR VEHICLE TRANSACTION FORMS.

By signing this, your company and /or individual Indemnity and hold harmless DealerpointMVT, any associates, representatives on behalf of Company from and against claims, damages, actions, suits, expenses, including reasonable attorney fees and demands whatsoever kind or nature arising out of pursuant to any omission to act hereunder including any parties alleging to be the rightful owner of the motor vehicle in said order form. This will be in effect for a period of ten years.

All payment will come thru your bank listed as DealerpointMVT Payments for worked processed in this office is required at the time service is requested. We can email you an Invoice to pay on line, if you are not comfortable with providing Credit Card Info ANY DISPUTED TRANSACTION WILL HAVE LIEN PLACE ON RECORD UNTIL PAYMENT MADE IN FULL
